Eye Advise
Phaedra is the owner and sole proprietor of Eye-Advise (www.eye-advise.com),
a consulting firm specializing in ophthalmic startups
and practice management. With 25 years of experience as
a technician and 10 as a manager, she offers extensive
knowledge and a wide range of expertise, from
instrumentation, to office management, to inventory,
staffing, and training. Bay Area Eye Institute
contracted Mrs. Lund during its first year to assist
them in ramping up quickly to a fully self-sustaining
and profitable practice.
Phaedra is a married mother of two who is very active in
the community. She is a PTA member and frequent
volunteer at both her children’s schools, as well as
Troop Leader for her daughter’s Girl Scout troop.
Dr. Berger also works very closely with Tampa
Bay area
optometrists.
